4. What we need from you

5. All contact is in writing

We work by email only. There are no calls or meetings. Delivery times start when we receive your completed intake.

6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Confidentiality and your data

We keep your materials confidential, use them only to prepare your pack and share them with no one except the providers we need to deliver it (email and hosting). We delete them 90 days after delivery, or at the end of the annual update. We name you as a customer only with your written permission. See the privacy note.

8. Who owns what

You own the completed pack we deliver and may use, change and share it for your business, including with schools. Our templates and test set remain ours: you may use and adapt them inside your organisation but not resell or publish them as templates.

9. Crown material

The packs quote and paraphrase the DfE standards and other GOV.UK guidance under the Open Government Licence v3.0, with attribution. This does not imply any endorsement by DfE.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care. Our total liability for an order is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost contracts or profits. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown at the time of your order applies to that order.
