This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no advertising. The pages contain no JavaScript. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers; like any host, Cloudflare receives standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) when pages and files are downloaded. We do not log or store it (Worker logging is switched off).
The request form

Lawful basis: your consent (the tick box) and, if you go on to order, the steps needed to enter into and perform the contract. The data is held in Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare's global network) and only Adam Hale reads it. We never add you to a mailing list.
If you order
The payment provider (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy) processes your billing details as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. Documents you send for your pack are used only for that pack and deleted 90 days after delivery, or at the end of the annual update. Please never send pupil personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or object to its use: email adam.hale@atomicmail.ai. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint) or your local data protection authority.
